Stipple engraving, image area 18 x 14 inches on sheet 20 1/2 x 15 1/2 inches, adhered to paper backing 22 x 16 1/2 inches. Long split to lower edge of plate mark (lower margin of sheet remains adhered to backing), light scattered foxing visible in margins, backing has been trimmed very close to left margin of sheet; overall very good condition; would look well framed. This portrait of distinguished Royal Academy Founder Member Francesco Bartolozzi (1727 - 1815) was engraved by Pastorini and P. W. Tinkins after William Artaud.
