Multiple fold lines as issued, toning to sheet edges, light staining (visible in photograph; largest spot 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches), 3/4 inch chip to left margin (outside neatline), a few short edge tears up to 1/2 inch. J. L Stout purchased 153 acres along the ocean front at the mouth of the Columbia in 1880 and began selling lots for vacation cottages shortly thereafter. Sea View became a popular summer resort and Senator Henry Winslow Corbett built his own vacation home there in 1892. This document lists lot sizes and current owners. The prospectus was printed by A.
