TWO ISSUES issue of the magazine in original color wrappers as issued, illustrated in color and black and white, 230 / 192 pages, 11 3/4 x 8 1/2 inches. Both magazines worn, with moderate soiling, tearing and creasing. Front cover of 1925 magazine detached, dampstaining at left, pencil notations. 1932 interior missing pages 41-48, otherwise in very good clean condition; 1925 interior in good condition with some marks (fingerprints from turning pages?) to fore edge margins. Sold as is. Color covers by Harrison Fisher depicting two beautiful women, one of whom holds a book of prayer. Much interesting content including the first installment of "Sons" by Pearl S. Buck, a piece on luxury speakeasies, thoughts on Christianity by leading public figures including Margaret Sanger and Aldous Huxley, an illustrated poem by Rudyard Kipling ("His Apologies") about a terrier, and more.
