BOOKLET, brown and white photo illustrations throughout, unpaginated, 11 x 8 1/2 inches, color pictorial wrappers. Light creasing to upper right corner throughout, penciled autographs plus two ink signatures to first two pages; good clean condition overall. Also included: original protective envelope and clippings of newspaper photographs, with captions, of the massive August 1945 Kaiser Shipyard fire. Features "Record of Ship Construction Progress" for Liberty Ships, Victory Cargo Ships, and the "Champ Flag" race, plus images of various ships including the Star of Oregon, the ship building yard of the Oregon Ship Building Corporation, etc. The inside back cover is a "Record of Employment" that could be filled out (this is blank) with a half page black and white pictorial "Map of the City of Portland and parts of Vancouver Washington with locations of the shipyards and principal points of interest" by Marguerite Gillespie.
