1920s Valentine die-cut uncut sheets. TEN SHEETS.

No date. Circa 1920s.
LOT OF TEN complete uncut sheets of color lithographic vintage Valentine die cuts, with sixteen large hearts (each approximately 1 1/2 inches by 1 1/2 inches) and twelve tiny hearts, the whole sheet measuring 5 1/2 inches by 6 1/4 inches). Seven sheets feature a young girl with a garland of flowers in her hair on the large hearts (four different images with the messages "To my Valentine", "To my Love', "Loving Greetings" or "A Token of Love"). The tiny hearts have just the message. Three sheets feature girls dressed in winter outfits, with the same messages. The sheet is printed in bright colors with a red background and marked "Printed in Germany" on one of the connecting tabs. In mint unused condition, although one of the sheets has two of the tiny hearts detached, and all three of the sheets of girls with hats have the top right corner detached. A fun and unusual Valentine gift. These Valentine die-cuts are probably from the 1920s. Item #56358
