Folded brochure 9 1/2 x 4 inches opening to a stunning 9 1/2 x 23 inch color pictorial view showing in red the route of the Canadian National Steamers two-day sight-seeing tour ("Niagara's Great Gorge Trip"). Moderate soiling and tourist office stamp to front cover; color pictorial view in good condition with light wear at a couple of folds and small (1/4 inch) spot. The panorama displays very well. Canadian National Steamers two-day sight-seeing tour ("Niagara's Great Gorge Trip") with rail travel featuring "magnificent, enchanting scenery." The second day entails "a delightful trip via electric car through the Niagara Peninsula." The panoramic fold-out view makes clear the route of the excursion. Verso of color view features black and white photos and descriptive text regarding various of the sights to be seen, with the tour resolving in a trip to Port Dalhousie and "thence by steamer across Lake Ontario, to Ontario, the "Queen City of Canada." Brochure refers to "the new $5,000,000 Peace Bridge" which was opened in June 1927. The reference suggests a 1928 or 1929 date of publication. Item #55472
