Replicas of eight kitchens representing "kitchens of many lands," past and present, are featured as the centrefold of the brochure 8 3/4 x 3 3/4 inches, unfolding to a sheet 17 x 14 3/4 inches. Color images represent the firm's idea of Spanish, French Provencal, Acadian, Early New England, Dutch, English, American of the 1869 Period, and Modern American kitchens. "Study the Heinz exhibit. See the limited equipment of women of other times and lands. Learn of the laborious methods employed...then see how easy it is for the modern housewife...simply by calling her grocer and asking for Heinz." Who knew that it was so easy?
