Light soiling to front and rear covers, stain to top edge; contents generally bright and clean. Color centerfold illustration 6 x 15 inches depicts a bird's eye view of the town from the water, a municipal pier extending into the bay, excursion boats plying the water, and text reporting that "all out-door pleasures may be enjoyed about 360 days in the year." Verso of rear cover contains two maps, one showing St. Petersburg's location on Tampa Bay and the other depicting manifold railway and steamship lines from various U.S. points serving the city. Text boasts of the city's "fifty miles of brick streets, twenty-six miles of trolley lines, twenty-four miles of sewer," etc. etc. Heaven on earth. Item #55320
