School atlas, 12 x 10 inches, with 34 full color maps of the world, 13 of which are specific to the US (including 3 that are double page). Maps in very good clean condition, remarkable given the age of the volume. Very light pencil notation at the bottom of the double-page US map, indicating that six of the eventual states remained territories at the time of publication. It would appear that the maps (including double page maps) are tipped in. Cover of atlas is badly soiled, with loss to leather at top of spine.
