East Bay cities include Oakland and Emeryville, Berkeley and Albany, Contra Costa County, Piedmont, Alameda, and San Leandro. The Hunter's Point area shows dry dock areas, but the future extensive land reclamation of the area is indicated only by dotted lines with Bay View Park still located on the Bay front. In the Laguna de la Merced area (at lower left) four golf clubs are named including the California Golf Club and Harding Municipal Golf Links, along with Fleishhacker's Playground and Zoo. To the north of the Central Basin are marked the Santa Fe Yards and to the Union Iron Works. An uncommon map of San Francisco during the years of World War II. Item #54467
