Undated color pictorial / pictographic map, approximately 14 x 17 inches, showing the route map of the Devon General Omnibus. Numerous cities linked by the bus service are shown on the map. Very good clean condition. A delightful ephemeral item. Dating of the map is somewhat problematic as the costumes suggest the 1930s but what appears to be a map (in black and white) of similar design was issued in a 1911 publication. A double-decker bus shown upper left suggests the map is, at heart, a nostalgia excursion. Circa 1950s seems a more appropriate designation. Item #53734
