New York. United States Lines. 1960.
Attractive menu, 11 x 8 1/2 inches, featuring a steel engraving of the United Nations Building in New York on the front panel, and a brief history of the United Nations with a map of Lower Manhattan, locating UN headquarters, on the rear panel. Two short tears (archivally repaired) to fore-edge affecting both panels, visually very faint, otherwise good clean condition. Interior of menu is dated Monday, January 23, 1961. Text on rear panel, dated 1960, reads: "Genuine Steel Engraving. Steelograph Company. 1 Broadway N.Y. 4." A most interesting and attractive vintage menu. Item #53233
