Pamphlet 9 1/2 x 5 inches unfolding to color plan of the docks 28 1/2 x 5 inches. Map depicts the Seaforth & Litherland terminus at one end and the Dingle Station terminus at the other, with 16 stops between. Railway was used to haul goods and dock laborers, in addition to tourists. The Railway, which opened in 1893, was dismantled in 1957. Map and Guide has fold down the middle and abrasions on back page (evidently from being attached to a scrap book); map itself in very good condition. Item #52585
