Faint scattered foxing, long archivally mended tear into image from left edge (invisible from the front of the map), neatly mended tear along fold. An extremely handsome map focusing on the areas surrounding New York City, with Manhattan at centre. The map extends as far as the county of Burlington at lower left corner, Sullivan at upper left corner, and Hartford at upper right corner. Long Island cuts off at Brookhaven.
