Chromolithograph die-cut image, approximately 6 x 4 3/4 inches, with 12 small calendar sheets and additional text sheets (2 3/8 x 7 inches) stapled as issued to lower edge. Soft crease at upper left, a couple of pin sized spots; at some stage glued into a scrapbook and then removed with the additional chromolithograph of a young girl and scrap paper adhered to verso (covering text on back of calendar image); very good condition. Attractive image of a young girl in a blue bonnet. Calendar sheets have black and white vignette illustrations and random historical facts on the verso, between each month are additional text sheets on various medical conditions and treatment methods via Hood's Sarsaparilla.
