Two-color illustrations, unpaginated, 9 x 10 inches, color pictorial thick card wrappers (softbound). Covers lightly soiled with label to lower right corner and pencil notations at upper right; ink inscription inside front cover, couple of short scratches to Bill's face, 1/4 inch long indentation to front cover, light soiling to a few pages. Overall good or better condition. Die-cut circle at center of each page enables Little Bulls-Eye Bill's face at the end of the story to be visible on each page as he drives an automobile, dances, swims, etc. He explains at the beginning that he is called that "because I'm always in the middle of everything."
