Color illustrations, decorative black and white text borders, 48pp, 9 1/2 x 13 inches, color pictorial paper covered boards with cloth spine (hardbound). Covers worn with light soiling, front and rear hinges broken, but text block still attached, missing rear endpaper, previous owner's ink notation to verso of front endpaper (now marked through), scattered light foxing, a few mended tears. A French edition of fairy tales illustrated by David Brett, this with four tales (compared to the six tales in an English edition of David Brett's Fairy Tales). The stories are: Cendrillon (Cinderella); Le Chat Botte (Puss in Boots); Minet, Minon, Minouche (The Three Little Kittens); and Les Trois Petits Cochnnet (Three Little Pigs). Text in French.
