Several folds, creases at upper left corner, few short edge tears and one tiny tear in right margin, light spotting at lower right corner, and a few scattered spots in the right corner of the map. Overall very good condition. Map showing a wide swath of development in the Everett area, with Mukilteo at lower left corner of the map. The Great Northern Railroad runs north - south along the Puget Sound as well as through the First Addition.
