Copper plate engraving on laid paper, black and white, plate mark approximately 12 3/4 x 7 3/4 inches on sheet 15 3/4 x 9 3/4 inches. Very good condition; a few faint foxed spots. A classical botanical image with elegant design and fine engraving, printed on laid paper. Plate VII from a volume of Pierre Joseph Buchoz "Histoire Universelle de Regne Vegetale".
