TWO ENGRAVINGS on India paper mounted (as issued) to rag paper sheets, image size 6 3/4 x 12 1/2 inches on sheets 14 1/2 x 21 3/4 inches. Scattered foxing to support sheets not affecting image, several tears to lower sheet edge of "south front" image (not affecting image), overall very good condition. A pair of particularly finely rendered engravings by F. Mackenzie showing the North and South side of Ashridge in Hertfordshire, England. Apparently from Henry John Todd (editor) "The History of the College of Bonhommmes at Ashridge Founded 1276" published in London in 1823. "Printed by McQueen." Item #45515
