The central map of the Japanese islands of Honshu, Shikoku and Kyushu, and the Chosen (Korea) peninsula is surrounded by six inset maps: Karafuto (Saghalien) or Sakhalin, Hokkaido, Tokyo and Vicinity, Osaka and Cities Near By, Taiwan (Formosa), and General Map of Japan Showing Relation to Adjacent Countries.
