This attractive reproduction from 1909 of Mr. C. A. Holland's Allegorical Painting entitled Alaska - Yukon - Pacific includes a decorative sheet containing a description of the original work painted for the Seattle, Washington Exposition of 1909 and the Legend behind the painting. The three women depicted represent Alaska, The Yukon and the Northwest Territory, and a composite character "representing the races living upon the shores and Island of the Pacific Ocean" Item #41915
