Color road map with linen backing, 18 x 25 inches on sheet size 29 1/2 x 37 folded as issued into 8 x 5 1/2 inch cloth covered boards. Wear and light soiling to covers, front board loose. Map has some scattered faint soiling, soft creases and edge wear, and some 1/2 to 1 inch separations at fold intersections. This interesting and attractive map features a border of advertisements for local businesses, in the style of the Harding's series of maps. The area covered in the Map of Cheshire is from Birkehead in the upper left to Stalybridge in the upper right down to Audlem. "Vehicles amd Cyclists' Lighting Up Tables" featured in each lower corner of the map. Item #41723
