Chromolithograph, 16 x 20 inches. Light creasing, 1/2 inch tear and faint soiling to upper edge. Overall the image is clean and bright and would very attractive displayed. This is an oleograph, a product of the heyday of chromolithography in the late nineteenth century. It is a chromolithograph printed on paper textured to have the appearance of an oil painting, the Victorian popular equivalent of fine art.
