Color pictorial map, multiple fold as issued, text and color and black and white illustrations on verso, 20 1/2 x 32 1/2 inches, very good condition. Issued in conjunction with 1964 World's Fair in New York City. The attractive map by Ernest Dudley Chase Map depicts historical points of interest, churches, sports, bridges, boating, monuments, schools and historic facts such as "Bell Invented Telephone Here", "Here Hawthorne wrote House of Seven Gables", etc. There is an inset map showing the route from the World's Fair to Massachusetts. Text on verso includes listing of covered bridges, mileage table, chart of recreation areas, photo illustrations and descriptions of points of interest. Item #33000
