Single sheet 10 x 25 inches, black and white maps and illustrations, folded into red pictorial card covers 10 1/2 x 4 1/2 inches. Overall light soiling and wear, covers have a one inch split at head; a couple of ink annotations to both sides of sheet (eg. "I own one acre here"). One side of sheet has 3 maps. One "shews an area of many thousands of acres of fertile land on a south sunny slope, which overlooks English Bay and the Gulf of Georgia. It is immediately to be opened up by the construction of a Marine Driveway from the city to Horseshoe Bay." Second map shows the North Shore; third map shows the City of North Vancouver. Reverse side has information on North Vancouver's Industries, "North Vancouver Home Advantages" etc. Back cover of booklet has a Map of Lower Fraser Valley, British Columbia.
