159pp, 6 color plates, 4to (11.5 x 8.5"), paper covered boards with full size color cover label, blue cloth lettered spine. Edge wear exposing boards at corners, little fraying at tail of spine, light foxing to endpapers, two plates have one short repaired tear each (just entering image), one plate a little abrasion on verso not affecting the image, generally good to very good condition. Cover label of little boy finding a little girl sleeping by a sundial. Nudelman B21(but printer is Jarrold & Sons, Norwich). A charming story book, with particularly attractive illustrations by Jessie Willcox Smith including one of 'The Three Bears' (teddy bears) and 'Little Red Riding Hood'.
