How To Order From Our Website
Ordering from our online galleries is made EASY and SAFE by using our secure Shopping Cart. However, if you prefer, you are welcome to call us directly at 503-234-3538 and speak to either Elisabeth or Cristina; if you get the answering machine, please leave your name and phone number and a good time to call and we will call you back.
Using The Secure Shopping Cart To Place An Order
This is the easiest way for most customers to place an order with us and involves several simple steps.
1. Adding An Item To The Shopping Cart
Once you have found an item you wish to purchase simply click on
Add To Cart to the right of the item description to add it to your Shopping Cart. If you wish to search for more items you can return to our online store by clicking the Continue Shopping link below your order summary on the shopping cart page. You can return to your Shopping Cart at anytime by clicking the Review Cart tab at the top centre of every page.
2. Checking Out
When you are ready to complete your purchase just return to your Shopping Cart by clicking the Review Cart link. Please take a moment to verify that all the items you wish to purchase are listed and that the quantities are correct. You can remove items from your Shopping Cart by clicking Delete, or adjust the quantity by changing the number in the Quantity field and clicking Update (most often, we have only one copy of each item, but sometimes you may be lucky! We are also happy to note your interest and offer you the next copy we have available.) Below the item list is the Subtotal cost of the purchase, and below that is a table of shipping charges. Please take a moment to decide on the best option for you before proceeding. All prices quoted are in U.S. dollars. When you are ready to proceed click Proceed to Payment and Select Shipping.
3. Enter Customer Information
The next page is the Customer Information page. On this page please enter your personal details, the shipping address, and payment details. If you have any special requests regarding your parcel then please enter the details in the Comment field. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Payment may also be made by personal cheque, Paypal When ready to proceed to the next page click Select Shipping.
4. Select Shipping
At the top of the Select Shipping page will be displayed both the personal details you entered and the items you are about to purchase. Please take a moment to review this information and ensure it is correct. If it is not correct then click the Back to Review Cart or Continue Shopping link to change it. DO NOT CLICK THE BACK BUTTON ON YOUR BROWSER. If the information is correct then select the appropriate shipping method from the freight table. The total cost of your order is included in the right hand column of the freight table. Finally, when you have selected a shipping option, click Confirm This Order Now... to place your order.
You should shortly receive an automatic confirmation email including your order number. Please retain this number for future reference. You will also receive another email from us when your order is dispatched. To return to the online store click the Continue Shopping link.
We are happy to try to accomodate requests for express mail or other shipping options; please let us know when placing your order if there are special requests, such as if an item needs to reach you by a certain date, and we will do our best to make this happen. In general items are shipped within two business days of payment.
